The Union Minister of Shipping, Shri G.K. Vasan has informed the Rajya Sabha today in a written reply to a question that no final decision has been taken in regard to the Ports Regulatory Authority Bill, 2011. An Inter-Ministerial Task Force under the Chairmanship of Member (Transport), Planning Commission was constituted to make appropriate recommendation regarding regulation/deregulation of Port Tariffs.
